On May 12, 2018 delegates from Sudan Ministry of Higher Education & Scientific Research paid a visit to SIMAD University, during their visit they met with the Top management of the university, and also they toured to the different parts of the University.
The sites they visit include University hall, mosque, Library, Cultural Display hub, Labs, data center and other places.
Associate Prof. Dr. Tarig Mohamed Nour, General Directorate of Foreign Relations, Ministry of Higher Education & Scientific Research was leading the delegation, also Suad Binu Owf Manager of the expatriate affairs of the Ministry. Was among the delegates.
The Acting Rector Dr. Mohamed Ibrahim, other members of the Senate and the Registrar of the University Dr. Ahmed Hassan Welcomed the guests and showed them the different facilities of the University.
Associate Prof. Dr. Tarig who shows his reaction during his visit to SIMAD told that the University is world class based, “I visited many Universities in Iraq, Malesia and other parts of the world, and surely this University is similar or higher than those I paid visit to them, I strongly recommend to the University administration to accept the admission from the international students”
Associate Prof. Dr. Tarig Took some shots from the green campus on his cell phone, and at the night the delegation has taken part in an honor dinner organized by SIMAD University. The Dinner session also participated by other Universities in Mogadishu including Jazeera, Mogadishu, and Somali National University.
As part of the efforts to build effective Relations, SIMAD University constantly hosts visitors from both International and national level who are eager to see the service and development goes inside the University.
