WHY NEED INSTITUTE OF MODERN LANGUAGES?
If you closely observe when Somali students finish secondary education and join universities, the majority of them come with two major problems: they are poor in English and/or mathematics. This makes it hard for students to really take advantage of the educational life in universities because they are struggling with understanding the language rather than learning the content. For example, when reading books, some of them look for the translations of words instead of learning the overall content.
SIMAD UNIVERSITY is one of those universities facing this challenge. Therefore, it became a must for the university to find a way to tackle this problem, and that is why we contracted with Ednastics.
WHO ARE EDNASTICS?
Ednastics is an international firm based in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). They are committed to the development and implementation of best practices for second language acquisition, teaching, and assessment.
