Internet of Things-Based Agricultural Drought Detection System: Case Study of Southern Somalia

In recent decades, extreme droughts have hit Somalia, devastatingly impacting agriculture, society, and the environment, and severely affecting food production and water supplies. Research by Ustad Abdukadir Dahir, Dr. Mohamed Omar, and Dr. Yahye Abukar, explored a technique for detecting droughts early on to reduce their impact.
